Degree in Law from the University of Valencia, Master in Business Tax Advice from IE and member of the Barcelona Bar Association. He has developed his professional career in the area of Tax Law.
He has extensive professional experience in tax advice to both national and multinational companies in various sectors and especially in the field of corporate development, in M&A transactions and with operators in the Private Equity sector, having led this practice for more than ten years at PwC Spain.
He is a frequent speaker at talks and conferences on taxation in different forums, such as the Barcelona Bar Association, the Association of Economists of Catalonia and ESADE.
