Víctor Carrera heads up the department of public law and has extensive experience in all matters relating to administrative law, particularly aspects related to urban planning, the liability of public administrations and compulsory expropriation. His practice focuses mainly on the field of real estate and the food industry, including formulating and processing urban planning and management instruments, working with the best architectural and engineering firms specialized in urban planning; processing all kinds of files, including penalties and defending the interests of our clients both in administrative proceedings and in administrative litigation proceedings; conducting projects to set up new business activities; conducting due diligence in all levels of administrative law and providing advice on public procurement.
Victor Carrera’s professional experience ranges from advising the government to representing and defending major national and international companies in all areas related to the field of his professional practice and has been a member of the Department of Public Law at Cuatrecasas (1991-2005) and has directed the Department of Administrative Law at Rebés & Ferrer, Advocats since January 2006.
