Borja has developed his professional career in the area of commercial law. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, commercial contracts and corporate law. He advises national and international companies and business groups with a presence in Spain.
He holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valladolid and an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
He has previously developed his professional career at J&A Garrigues and Deloitte Legal. In November 2021, he joined the firm as director of the commercial department of the Barcelona office.
