Rafael Rodríguez joined the Civil Litigation-Commercial Law and Arbitration Department at Rebés & Ferrer, Advocats in 2008, where he advises both national and international companies and individuals, and takes part in civil and commercial legal procedures held before the courts in all of Spain. Rafael Rodríguez has been a partner of Rebés & Ferrer since 2012.
Rafael Rodríguez graduated in law from the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, 2005), and spent his Erasmus scholarship at the Università degli Studi di Genova (2004) and obtained a Post Graduate degree in Procedural Law taught by the Bar Association of Terrassa (2005-2007).
He is a member of the Bar Association of Terrassa.
