Vicenç González holds a law degree awarded by the University of Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in Labour law from the Centre for Legal Studies.
Vicenç González has extensive experience in all areas of labour law and relations with employee representatives and unions and is a corporate restructuring expert with employment implications, downsizing, company closures or layoffs, substantial modifications of working conditions and collective bargaining. 12 years ago he joined the small and medium sized company association (PIMEC), and to date he works as legal director of the association.
Vicenç González acts as mediator and conciliator of the Employment Court of Catalonia and has written numerous articles on new and important aspects of labour law and has appeared as speaker at numerous conferences.
